This is the play I’ve known best. I’ve seen it a lot, I’ve read it a lot, I’ve memorized portions of it at various times – so it’s hard to be objective about it when I’m half reading/half reciting/half singsonging the lines as I’m going through it.
Still, this is comedy the way I like it – no accidental almost rape, no failure to mention twin brothers, no psychological torture. Mostly just fun.
